The India Yamaha Motor (IYM) is participating in the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 under the theme “Aspirations Unveiled”, showcasing its legacy, featuring legendary motorcycles like the RX-100 and RD-350, which sparked India’s passion for performance motorcycling.
The pavilion also highlights the first-generation models of Yamaha’s premium range, including the popular YZF-R15 and the muscular FZ series, which set new benchmarks in the Indian market.
The ‘History Arena’ brings Yamaha’s journey to life, capturing memorable moments and milestones from its global and Indian legacy. Visitors can explore Yamaha’s global history, starting with the formation of Yamaha Motor Co in 1955 and its pursuit of global growth and leadership since 1960, the company said.

“We begin the celebrations of our 40th anniversary in India with an exciting showcase of Yamaha’s motorcycles and scooters at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. Under the theme ‘Aspirations Unveiled’, we proudly present our global product line-up, igniting possibilities for the future of motorcycling in India,” said Itaru Otani, Chairman of Yamaha Motor India.
As Yamaha showcases these iconic and advanced models, it also looks toward the future, where many of these global products could join its Indian line-up. This celebration not only marks Yamaha’s legacy but also its vision for the road ahead, he added.
